Retro games are getting a new life and Crash Bandicoot for PC is no exception. A new, revamped trilogy offers a fresh look on this highly popular game of the 90’s era. While the mechanics has remained largely the same, developers have introduced some new scenarios and options for us to try. Most importantly, there are new storylines, bonus levels and another playable character, Coco. You will run and spin through a variety of settings, from medieval castles to futuristic cityscapes, all with the goal of defeating Doctor Neo Cortex and his evil allies. And while the controls might seem familiar, don’t expect it to be easy!
The test comes for the most part when the game turns things upside down, especially with car locations. Coco’s airborne sections are exhausting, with the errand of firing down zeppelins or military aircraft suggesting no trouble. The genuine battle begins with Crash’s submerged and hustling missions.
